Self-expression, teamwork, and emotional identification are a just a few of the skills taught in this highly-charged group. Fusing theatrical improvisation and drama therapy techniques, group members create original scenes, and role-play various situations - sometimes serious, sometimes zany - all in a safe, nurturing environment.

Working independently, or with a partner, our art groups are designed to encourage each individual member to create art pieces that define them, and their inner world. From painting, to scuplting, to drawing, to destroying, each art group is sure to unleash the creative genius within.

From spastic movements to sloth-like motions, our movement groups combine dance with body-awareness for a stress-relieving, rejuvenating experience. A variety of music, movement styles, and ethic practices are incorporated in this multisensory workshop.
